Al escuchar esta banda por primera vez supe que queria trabajar con ellos,su estilo es el Post-Core y Emo-core,pero lo interesante es que no es sonido generico,si no mas bien,un sonido el cual es interesante e innovativo,mezclando ademas de los estilos mencionados,muchas mas influencias.Esta banda se conviertio en Peru en todo un referente luego de esta lanzamiento.Edicion original en cdr profesional y portada a colores.

En mis años de universidad tuve la oportunidad de conocer mucha gente la cual tenia que ver con proyectos musicales.Es asi como conoci a los integrantes de esta banda los cuales estudiaban en la misma universidad que yo.Lo que me parecio interesante y elojiable de esta banda es que dentro de su zona intentaron fuertemente crear y fomentar una escena,lo cual en cierta medida lo lograron.Esta edicion fue uno de los tres trabajos que editamos juntos,esta produccion contiene 10 temas de un hibrido entre Punk,Crust,Hardcore,para ser sincero es algo indefinible pero que merece la pena ser oido.Esta edicion salio en cdr pro con portada en couche a imprenta.

La relacion con esta banda comienza cuando aun vivia en Peru,me mandaron un tape desde Italia y desde ese momento quede pegado a su sonido,luego me contaron que iban a hacer una co-produccion y no dude en querer participar.Es asi que esta banda se convirtio en un emblema del sello.Este lanzamiento contiene algunos trabajos previos y fue lanzado conjuntamente con un zine.El sonido de la banda se puede resumir como Punk con toques de Emo y con letras bastante politicas.

Arsenico "forti di incomprensioni instabilli"

Al estar viviendo en alemania tuvimos la oportunidad de contactar mucha gente involucrada en el hxcpunk europeo,es asi que nos llego ya hace algun tiempo la invitacion para participar en la co-edicion de esta banda italiana de hardcore desde Torino.al oir el demo que nos fue enviado no dudamos en querer participar dado que la banda demuestra una gran calidad musical y liricas interesantes.Esta produccion fue distribuida por europa y en peru tambien algunas copias.

As we lived in germany,we had the opportunity to know so much about the hxcpunk scene in europe,so we got the offer to co-edit a hardcore band from Torino(Italy).After we heard the demo that they sent to us we decided that we wanted to be part of this project because the band have good tunes and nice lyrics.this production was distributed in whole europe and also some copies were selled in Peru.

Abraxas "Sueños" Ep

Esta banda fue la primera con la cual trabajamos alla por el año 1996.Originalmente esta banda aparece en una entrevista para el numero 1 del fanzine Entes Anomicos,luego de conversar mucho surgio la idea de poder apoyar su debut tape en lima mediante edicion/difusion.Es nuestro primer lanzamiento que fue bastante bien recibido.El Ep que pueden bajar ahora es lo ultimo grabado por esta banda,se escucha un giro drastico a su material original(este fue mas grunge/punk).La idea era editar este ep en formato cdr pero por cosas ajenas nunca pudo ser sacado a luz.Tienen entonces aqui musica nunca antes expuesta en forma masiva.

Aqui tenemos el primer lanzamiento de Southpole Records,y es asi tambien como nacio todo el concepto SP.
La idea surgio de el cansansio de andar buscando bandas de integrantes femeninas y/o vocalista femenina.
Para este tiempo yo me encontraba residiendo en Alemania,desde ahi le comente el proyecto a un amigo en Peru,el cual igual de entusiasmado que yo se puso manos a la obra,para expandir mas aun el radio de difusion comente el proyecto a un buen amigo aleman que tambien tiene un sello y le gusto mucho la idea.
Se vino entonces la parte por decirlo asi mas dificil la cual fue el recopilar las bandas para la compilacion(nos decidimos por una compilacion por ser la manera mas efectiva de brindar propuestas distintas y de lugares disimiles).
Por mi parte era la carta de presentacion del flamante nuevo sello y hermana de E.A. Records.
La acogida fue muy buena en todo logar donde se distribuyo el interes de la gente era amplio ya que es poco comun ver este tipo de compilaciones.

Here you have the very first release of Southpole Records,same way how the whole SP concept was born.
The idea came after get tired of search for female bands or bands with female singer.
At this time i was living in Germany,so i was talking with a friend from peru about the project and we wanted to be part of as well.i wanted to do the comp more bigger and i was talking with a good friend from germany that run also a small diy label and he loved the idea too.
the most hard part of everything was to get bands that wanted and fix in the comp idea(we talked and decided to release this comp because is the best way to show different sounds of different places).
For me was the oppening card to show everyone the new label,we got a terrific answer to the sampler because is not that usual too see those kind of works.

La idea de este compilado surgio para poder apoyar a los lanzamientos que estaban previstos para el año 2008,como todo en la vida algunas cosas resultaron,otras no.

Pero queda como registro las bandas aqui expuestas,este compilacion fue publicado tanto en el myspace de EntesAnomicos,el website,asi como en el portal aleman Kommando Disko,asegurando asi una mayor difusion a las bandas.Con participacion de bandas de Peru y Alemania este compilado se mueve entre el Punk,Hadcore,Metalcore y musica experimental.
